Extended Abstract Submission Now Open!

We are pleased to announce that the submission portal for extended abstracts is now open. The deadline for submission is May 16, 2025.

Submission Guidelines:

• Extended abstracts should be 2 to 4 pages, including references.
• Please use the official templates (Word or LaTeX) with predefined formatting
• Submit a single compiled PDF via the submission platform.
• Authors retain all copyrights of their work.

Following the review and revision process, accepted extended abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed on the French repository HAL. Additionally, after the conference, selected authors will be invited to to submit extended versions of their work for potential publication in special issues of peer reviewed international journals.
