Abstract & Presentation > Presentation Guidelines

Each accepted paper must be presented by one of its authors. After acceptance, the authors will be informed whether the presentation should be oral or poster. Please follow the guidelines below to prepare your presentation.

Oral Presentations

The presentation slot duration will be soon announced, including the Q&A session. Speakers are expected to make the best use of their allotted time, leaving 3-4 minutes for questions and answers. They are expected to respect their fellow speakers and the audience by not exceeding their attributed time. Session chairs will enforce the schedule.

Presentation rooms will be equipped with laptop computers, and presentations must be prepared in either Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format. Presenters should arrive at least 15 minutes before the starting time of their session, to check in with the Session Chair and deliver their presentation slides.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be prepared in A0 format (84.1 x 118.9 cm) and oriented vertically. Authors should stay with their posters for the duration of the poster session.
