W(H)YDOC Pre-Conference Workshop

We’re bringing back the W(H)YDOC workshop for its 6th edition – the first since 2015! The workshop will take place on June 16 – the day before the conference.

It will be organized at the venue in amphitheatre Cauchy, where also the conference plenary sessions take place.

This pre-conference event is dedicated to early career researchers: young geotechnical doctors and final-year PhD students are invited to present their work in an informal, interactive setting.

Senior researchers will guide discussions, offering a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and build a doctoral network!

The W(H)YDOC PhD Prize, which includes a certificate and €1000, will be awarded by a committee composed of the chair, Prof. Jean-Michel Pereira, and two scientific advisors: the keynote lecturer (Prof. Pierre Delage) and an external member.
