Abstract & Presentation > Submission Guidelines

We invite authors to submit a short abstract of maximum 500 words (including citations) through the submission platform.

The abstract deadline is December 1^st 2024.

The authors will be informed about acceptance on January 1^st 2025, and whether the presentation should be oral or poster.

Accepted speakers will be asked to write an extended abstract or short paper (4 pages). Proceedings will be made available following the Open Access principles and made available from the French repository HAL.

Authors of selected communications will be invited to contribute to Special Issues edited in relevant leading journals (TBA).

All contributions will be peer-reviewed.
